Building Services
Development Services is a division of the City of Seven Points which performs ordinance enforcement in the areas of construction, zoning, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and signage activities. Development Services also reviews plans prior to permit issuance and performs general field inspections of commericial and residential construction.
Planning/Zoning
This department provides technical assistance on zoning and development matters that go before the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission.
